It sounds deep but it's really simple - do things that reflect who you are and who you want to become. We are all affected not only by the things we do, but by our emotions, our behaviors and our thoughts. We should strive to act, feel and connect to things which we truly want to be connected TO and effected BY. When we do things that are good for us, we BECOME closer to who we truly are. When we do things that fall in line with our Jewish heritage we BECOME more of who we are.
